Our Recruitment Team aims to review all applications within 72 hours of receiving. Each application is thoroughly evaluated, and if deemed suitable, you will be contacted via telephone or text for an initial pre screening call. This call allows us to provide more information about the role and our company and learn more about you. If the role matches your interests and your application meets our criteria, it will then be forwarded to the hiring manager for further consideration.
For permanent positions, the first stage of the interview process is typically conducted online with the hiring manager and a member of our HR team. If successful, you will progress to a second-stage interview, which is held face-to-face. For contractor positions, the interview process usually involves a meeting with the Hiring Manager, which may be online or in person.
For contractor roles, the recruitment process is designed to be completed within four weeks. Contractors must undergo a Network Rail-standard drug and alcohol test and, where applicable, an occupational health medical. For permanent roles, the recruitment process is generally completed within six weeks Positions requiring a Personal Track Safety (PTS) qualification will also necessitate a Network Rail-standard drug and alcohol test before starting.
